Customer satisfaction is our priority at TwinGo. We feel confident that our products are of the highest quality and comfort, and we hope you feel the same way. We also realize there is a learning curve to using any new product, and if you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction please contact us; we can often offer a solution that will help.

30-Day Return Window

Products purchased directly from our website are returnable within 30-days of delivery (exclusions apply). Product must be in like-new condition and in the original packaging. The product cannot be washed or exposed to smoke, pets or perfumes. If there is any lingering smell or visible dirt/grime/saliva/hair on the product, we will not accept a return.

Exclusions apply:

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All sales are final on International orders (non-USA addresses).
  • All Outlet Sales and Clearance Sales are sold as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Authorization

Please contact us with your order number to request a Return Authorization Number. Returns will only be accepted if the customer has contacted TwinGo LLC prior to mailing the product back. Any package returned without a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or reimburse for returned shipping. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Customer must send TwinGo LLC tracking number on the returned package. If a return shipping label is provided to the customer, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the order total. The customer should take care in the packing & shipping of return items, as the customer is responsible for the condition of the product through the transit process.

Refunds

Once the original product(s) are received by TwinGo, refunds are processed within 1 week to the original payment method used on the order.
