Warranty Policy

1-year Manufacturer Warranty

TwinGo LLC offers a one year warranty against manufacturing defects for products purchased from our website, Amazon store or from one of our Authorized Sellers. In the rare instance there is a manufacturing issue or defect, TwinGo LLC will assess the situation and determine the appropriate remedy. This warranty is nontransferable, and is only eligible to the original owner who can demonstrate proof of purchase from an Authorized Sellers.

What is not covered?

Purchases made from non-authorized sellers, such as secondhand, eBay, etc are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear, user error and user neglect are not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty. This warranty is void if the product has been altered in any way. The term “altered” is defined as including, but without limit, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after purchase.

Warning about Unauthorized Sellers

Purchasing TwinGo products on unauthorized sites or from unauthorized third-party sellers (including eBay) voids this warranty. Many unauthorized third-party sellers obtain TwinGo products secondhand where the quality cannot be guaranteed. Even if these third-party sources claim "new," they did not obtain it directly from us in new condition, you cannot be certain the product was not subject to abuse, you will not know the age of the product, and it may not contain all the right parts. Further, it you choose to purchase a TwinGo product from an unauthorized seller, please be advised that we may not stock missing parts or you may have to purchase replacement parts.

Please contact us with the following information:
1) Order number, Amazon order number or other proof of purchase,
2) Photo(s) of the issue,
3) Product name, and
4) Batch number on the product label (starts with #).
