Shipping Policy

Order & Address Changes

We cannot accommodate changes to an order after it ships. Before your order ships, it is the customer's responsibility to provide specific shipping and handling instructions, change of address or order changes. If a package is returned due to mailbox issue or an incorrect address supplied by the customer, the customer must pay for the cost to re-ship the package.

Fulfillment & Transit Time

Due to the effects of COVID on our third-party shipping and fulfillment services, the below timeframes are only approximations. Shipping delays are being seen across all shipping services, so TwinGo LLC cannot guarantee your delivery date.

Our warehouse packs orders within 2 business days. Transit time is dependent on shipping region:

Standard Shipping USA continental 7-10 days
Expedited Shipping USA continental 5-6 days
Canadian Shipping approximately 7-14 days*
International Shipping approximately 10-20 days*^

*Approximate transit time is based on average shipping time to major cities. Actual number of transit days is not guaranteed and transit time may vary based on origin, destination, and import process.

^After import the package is transferred to your country's government-run postal system. Although USPS will issue a tracking number, the tracking may not be updated by your country's postal system. If in the rare case your package is not received after 30 days, you can request TwinGo LLC initiate a lost package claim with USPSTwinGo LLC can only provide a remedy after USPS resolves the claim.

Shipping Regions

USA - Continental

All products on our website are available for shipping within the continental USA. The courier service will be selected by TwinGo LLC and determined by shipping zone and package size/weight. We cannot ship to USPS P.O. Boxes.

USA - Alaska and Hawaii

Only TwinGo Carrier and TwinGo Carrier Accessories are available for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to USPS P.O. Boxes.

International - Canada

Only TwinGo Carrier and TwinGo Carrier Accessories can be shipped to Canada. At this time we are unable to ship the TwinGo Nurse & Lounge Pillow to Canadian addresses. Orders under 1 lb (0.45 kg) ship via United States Postal Service. Orders over 1 lbs (0.45 kg) ship via UPS with taxes and duties prepaid. If you receive a invoice from UPS for taxes and duties, please contact us with a photocopy of the invoice.

International - Limited Regions

Only TwinGo Carrier and TwinGo Carrier Accessories can be shipped to limited international regions, as listed at checkout. At this time we are unable to ship the TwinGo Nurse & Lounge Pillow to international addresses. International orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) without taxes and duties prepaid. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for all costs associated with importing the package in their country. Please note that USPS will transfer the package to your country's government-run postal service. As part of the import process, your country's postal service may require you to collect the package at a local post office (versus deliver it to your home). It is your responsibility to collect the package if it is delivered to your local post office. TwinGo LLC cannot facilitate international package handling after we ship it.

Limited Shipping: TwinGo Nurse & Lounge Pillow

At this time we are only shipping the TwinGo Nurse & Lounge Pillow within the continental USA.

Taxes & Duties

Virginia, USA

TwinGo LLC is a Virginia-based company and therefore shall charge applicable sales tax (6%) for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Virginia. 

USA

Taxes will be collected based on current Federal, State and Local laws.

Canada

For orders over 1 lbs (0.45 kgs) taxes are prepaid. If you receive an invoice from UPS, please contact us with a photocopy of the invoice.

International Orders

International orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) without taxes and duties prepaid. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for all costs associated with importing the package in their country. Please note that USPS will transfer the package to your country's government-run postal service. As part of the import process, your country's postal service may require you to collect the package at a local post office (versus deliver it to your home). It is your responsibility to collect the package if it is delivered to your local post office. TwinGo LLC cannot facilitate international package handling after we ship it.
